Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is before 11:00am.

An early check-in fee of $25 applies to arrivals before 3:00pm, and a late check-out fee of $25 applies to departures after 11:00am. Please ask the front desk about availability.

Front desk

The lobby is open 24 hours a day.

Cancellation

Cancellation and change terms depend on the rate you book, and are shown before you confirm.

Guarantee and deposit

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. A $100 security deposit is held at check-in for incidentals, plus $50 if you are checking in with a dog.

Identification

Guests must present a valid credit card and government-issued identification at check-in, matching the name on the reservation. If you are using a company card or someone else’s card, an authorisation form must be on file before check-in.

Taxes

A Transient Occupancy Tax of 15% is charged on the room rate.

Parking

Parking is free, including for trucks.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome, with no pet fee. A $50 security deposit applies. Up to two well-behaved dogs per room, with a combined weight of 40 lb. Only dogs are allowed, and they cannot be left alone in the room. Service animals are always welcome.

Breakfast

A complimentary hot breakfast is served every day from 6:00am to 9:00am. Items may vary with the season and supply.

Fitness center

The fitness center is open from 7:00am to 11:00pm daily.

Smoke-free

The hotel is 100% smoke-free. Smoking is not allowed in any guest room, on any deck or balcony, or in public areas. A cleaning fee of $250 per night is charged to your card if smoking occurs.

Housekeeping

You can ask housekeeping to freshen the bathroom, empty the bins and make the bed. If you need anything else, please ask at the front desk.
